The Woodstock Bungalow

Welcome to The Woodstock Bungalow, a thoughtfully updated home located just a 10-minute walk from Woodstock Village. With comfortable gathering spaces, three distinct bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private stone patio, the home is well suited for families, couples, or a small group visiting Woodstock throughout the year.

Please note: This home does not have central air conditioning. The master bedroom has an AC unit, and an additional AC unit can be provided upon request.

Living Space

The main living room is warm and comfortable, with a large sectional sofa, additional leather seating, a wall-mounted TV, and plenty of space for everyone to relax together. Large windows bring in natural light, while the wood floors and vintage-inspired furnishings give the room a relaxed, residential feel.

Kitchen

The renovated kitchen features deep green cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, and ample space for preparing meals. It is fully set up for everyday cooking, whether you are making breakfast before heading into town or settling in for dinner at home.

Bedrooms

The home includes Four bedrooms:

• One Primary bedroom with a king bed (Upstairs)
• One bedroom with a King Bed (Upstairs)
• One bedroom with a queen bed (Main floor)
• One bedroom with a twin bed (Main floor)

Each room has its own character, with comfortable bedding, natural light, wood furnishings, and simple, thoughtful décor.

Bathrooms

There are two full bathrooms.

The larger bathroom features a spacious glass-enclosed walk-in shower with dual showerheads. (Upstairs)

The second bathroom includes a tub-and-shower combination, built-in storage, and a window overlooking the surrounding greenery.

Outdoor Space

Outside, the private stone patio offers a dining table with seating for six. It is a peaceful place for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or an evening drink, with views across the lawn toward a classic red Vermont barn and the surrounding hills.
