When do I receive payment?
Owner payouts are processed on the 15th of each month for the prior month's completed stays. You'll receive a detailed statement with every payout.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No. We don't charge setup fees, onboarding fees, or annual fees. Our compensation is purely commission-based — we succeed when you succeed.
What happens if a guest damages the property?
We document all damages immediately after each stay. We assist you in filing claims through the platform's damage protection programs and coordinate all repairs.
Can I use the property myself?
Absolutely. You retain full ownership and access. Simply block off your personal-use dates in our owner portal, and we'll work around your schedule.
